Local Content Challenge: Liberia Business Group Aiming to Build Middle-Income Country

In meeting with business leaders, President Sirleaf voiced concern about fragmentation in the structure of Liberian businesses due to the existence of different competing groups among them, and emphasized the need for them to come together. Monrovia – A 12-member high-level delegation of the Liberian Business Association (LIBA), led by its President, D. Maxwell Kemayan, held a consultative meeting with President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf on Thursday, April 11, with a representation of Liberian businessmen and women from a cross-section of the business community.
