With a presidential election ahead, South Dakota's Native Americans are once again finding the road to the ballot box is anything but straightforward. The state has a long and checkered history of measures to deter Native Americans from voting. This year, members of the heavily Democratic Oglala Sioux are getting only six days for early voting, while the rest of the state gets 46.
